WHERE WE ARE
IL LAGO is located in Casoli Val di Lima, in the municipality of Bagni di Lucca - made up of 23 mountain villages - in the province of Lucca (north-western Tuscany). The agriturism extends to the area of Casoli Val di Lima which is referred to as "il Castello" ( the heart of the ancient village), and partly around Lago di Casoli, a small lake at about 1 km from the town.
The location is great for visiting some of the most popular tourism sites of Tuscany since distances are very reasonable:

- Pistoia > 40 km

HOW TO REACH US
- on the motorway Firenze-Mare (A11), exit at Lucca
- from Lucca take state road Abetone and Brennero (SS12), towards Abetone and Bagni di Lucca
- once you reach and pass Bagni di Lucca (keeping on the SS12), after about 12 km, turn right and cross a stone bridge over the Lima stream, towards Casoli
- after about 2.5 Km from the bridge you will reach the centre of the town of Casoli
- once in town it is easy to reach IL LAGO, located on Via della Chiesa 41
